Who is the data controller and what are his contact details?

The data controller is the website www.alecarchia.com.

What data do we process?

The only personal data potentially in our possession, in relation to your access to the website https://www.alecarchia.com is your IP address, associated with the navigation logs.
Information is also collected regarding data from requests through forms.

Your data will not be stored or structured. A correspondence email will be sent through this form. Therefore your data will not be processed in any way, pursuant to EU regulation 2016/679.

Also pursuant to articles 15 and following of the GDPR, the user has the right to request at any time, access to his personal data, the correction or cancellation of the same, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the GDPR, obtain the data concerning him in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the GDPR.
